Q: What is Virgin Hair?
A: Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.
Q: How much hair do I need?
A: For a full install, the average person needs about 10oz.
Only about 8oz is recommended for a partial install. Recommendation by longest length:
12” to 14” 2 bundles is recommended;
16” to 22” 3 bundles is recommended
24′ to 30” 4 bundles is recommended
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: U.S. Domestic Orders will ship within 7-10 business days of receiving payment. Payment can take up to 4 business days to clear depending on your bank.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. The amount charged depends on total weight of merchandise. Shipping within the United States will cost approximately $15 – $18.
All express Shipment are processed by 3pm EST. Once an express shipment expect to receive a Express Code.
We love our international ladies your shipping will take just a little longer 10-15 business days. Angela’s Hair Studio is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If you want to exchange an item you will need to obtain a Exchange Authorization Code by emailing Angela’s Hair Studio customer service.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way and without an EAC.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange.
1. Items must be in their original condition as stated above
2. Email to get a EAC (Exchange Authorization Code)
3. Ship back for exchange within 7 days of receipt
Q: Do you sell hair wholesale?
A: Yes we do, a minimum purchase of 15 bundles.
1.Email us at email@example.com.
with your detailed order. Please include quantity, lengths, and texture.
2. You will then receive an email with the total for your order and the amount required for the deposit (50% of your order total is required). Next you will receive an invoice via PayPal for the amount of the deposit. All invoices not paid within 48hrs are subject to cancellation.
3. You will be contacted once your hair is ready. At that time balance must be paid in full. Hair will ship by the following business day.
